Flawed study material and delay in returning the remaining fee

Location/place: Jia sarai, Near IIT, Hauz Khas, Delhi

Name of company/service: ENGINEERS INSTITUTE OF INDIA aka eii

I paid Rs.5000 in cash to Ms. Rupa(THE receptionist) for the postal course (GATE+PSU) for CSE. She handed me over a bundle of 11 modules which I later found were flawed, missed topics and chapters, even the package was incomplete when I checked their site, 4 modules (Digital Electronics & Microprocessor,
Operating System, C, Software Engineering) were missing. On asking Ms. Rupa if the study material could be returned she said yes and contacted
Mr. R. K. Rajesh(Director,eii). I was told to come later and meet him today, which I did, but Mr. Rajesh was not available, I have been since trying to contact him but he remains “unavailable”. They have not returned any fee nor have paid any attention to the flaws yet.
