I Paromita Das ordered a VOX+507 – touch screen multimedia mobile with Bluetooth (order no. 3558940), cost Rs. 2999+299 (Freight Charges). The product was defective:
1. After each call & msg, the phone switch offs,
2. The charger was not working,
3. The picture quality was very bad.
Since 2 months I was calling. They harassed me so much that I said to pay back my cash but they said they cannot. After 2 months, they said to return the product & they will send the Okay one.
After 1 month I received the replaced product. This time:
1. The Bluetooth was missing,
2. Also the head phone was not working after few days.
In fact I faced the same problems as previous one:
1. After each call & msg, the phone switch offs,
2. The charger was again the defective.
I complained many times. Every time they say that I will receive within 7 days.
But till now I did not get my Bluetooth & headphone. They also said that they cannot replace the charger since the warranty was of 1 month. This was not mentioned anywhere. Not even they informed. Where is my fault if they send the damage product? My warranty hasn’t expired. I am very unsatisfied with this. I want my cash back.
