Hi, This is Vinet Kumar Singhal, I have purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator(Model- 310 Fusion R32 Maxi, Serial No 215152) from M/S Sanjay Electronics (Shop No. 25, New Tikona Park market NIT faridabad). When we purchased it at first instance they have sent the scrached piece which we get replaced after our request. After few days when we defrost this we got an problem that it has stopped cooling (and according to their engineer (from service center)it will start working after 24 hours but unfortunately it not started. After wait for 24 hours we again called them and logged the case (Complaint No. HR0712009340) on 19th or 20th July. Their engineer visited and inform us that compressor is faulty and it has to be replaced. After several follow up with service center they sent their engineer with new compressor on 29th of July (refrigerator not working till now) and at that time he said that their is a punture in freezer and you have to pay to get this replace. We have asked them why we will pay for the same when we bought it last month only. They are telling us they cant do anything. Neither Dealer or Service Center help us out. According to dealer after selling the product he is not responsible now we are customer of company.
I am requesting you that please have a look into this matter as If you check the punture space in freezer you can justify that its a Manufacturing Default not a human error.
