I had puchased a washing machine 2 years back under 2 years warranty. from last one year I am facing water dipping problem from exit point. I had lodge complaint so many times but the service people are unable to resolve and fix issue and finally they told that they will replace the machine but still there is no progress and within a month my warrnty will be lapsed.
