My washing machine model WA75K5 needs a gear assembly to be changed. My complaint no.8444383717 dt.16th.July 2012 was lodged. Till today the company has not serviced my washing machine saying this spare part is not available. They want to pay me the depreciated value which is zero, as the m/c. is 9 years old.This is cheating and is defficiency in service.
