FLAT POSITION HAS BEEN DELAYED BY 11 MONTH AND BUILDER IS CHARGING INTEREST FOR ONE MONTH DEALY OF LOAN DISBURSMENT.

I have booked flat in CASA PARADISO Lodha Group Santhnagar Enterprises, in Oct 2010, at the time of booking builder promissed and given intial agreement to deliver flat in Feb 2012 but further they have delayed flat delivery till Jan 2013 , and on top of it they are charged Huge Interest of 17 thousand on just dealy of 1 month loan disbursment.. Request you to please help me to get my flat early deliver and waive the Interest charged.
