I opened two RD accounts for 27 months . One for 5000 (Interest rate 7.5%) and one for 10000 (8.25%) . I paid 21 installments for 5000 and 18 installments of 10000. When I closed the account , the apply preclosure charges i.e 1% less on the interest. This was never told me when customer care executive called me to open the RD account. The guy who opened my RD account clearly told me that there are no premature charges, as it is your money. All the principal and basic will be returned back in 24 hours. When I received the amount they given me only 5.75% on 5000 Rs RD and 7% on 10000 RD. The ICIC which is having so good name in market is really not telling customer Caches while opening the RD acccont. Guys and Gals please be careful with ICIC customer care executives who provide you false information and taking your hard earned money.
I spoken to their representative today for 50 minutes , she kept me hold for almost half an hour for this call as she was speaking to her seniors . When I spoken to their senior, He said just sorry for inconvenience and said we cannot do anything about this.
Sorry for my hard earned money is not enough.
Please tell me how to teach lessons to this people.
