I (Rakesh Kumar Gupta) am a consumer of hitachi company A/C. My registered mobile no. is 9810143843 and I want to inform you about a complaint of mine which was not resolved since last three months.
A Window A/C was installed at my address 22, Jaina Building, Roshnara Road, New Delhi on 19/7/11 and it was stop working in the month of may 2012. When we give a complaint to the company they registered our complaint and no body can arrived to our house.
We again give a complaint as a second reminder and once again we just receive a non responsive attitude.
When we again call on 30/6/12 and use tough language they told us that our executive will reach at your address by tomorrow evening.
Once again no body has came to our house. At last after achieving so much harassments by company we call on 24/7/12 and told them everything once again.
This time there executive will come to our house and told us that you A/C is out of warranty now and we cant do it, After telling him everything he done his job with so much rudeness.
And on the next day we start our A/C, it is sounding like it is going to be blast. I don’t know what is the problem and what the man do.
Kindly check the status and please tell company to resolve my complaint properly.
Please take my complaint on priority basis without giving me any more harassments.
Hoping for a early action.
