I m deepak kumar i have my bank a/c in bank of india on 21st july 2012 i use my atm card in bank of india atm in rajouri garden for rs 1000/- but funds not credit through atm machine & in mean while i got the sms of debit 1000/- in my a/c i want to launched complaint against this in customer care but they are not giving any satisfactory reply i visit my home branch several time but i don’t get any result kindly help me in this matter .
