Dear Sir,
I want to submit that I have recharge my vodafone mobile no 9711539149 by 399 through my axis bank account in lieu of full talk time. As I search on internet for full talk and I found this amount 399 for full talk time. But this was wrong plan as customer care executive replied.They told that this plan is for blackberry. I don’t have any blackberry phone. So how can i benefit from this plan. As this was not my mistake. I call to customer care for this but that time executive told that server is down please call after 2 hour. At 11 PM I again talk to customer care executive Gaurav and Inder and they denied for any help. So how can I bear such loss. Either you should give me the talk time of 399 or just revert back my amount. I am unable to adhere such mistake. Please help me out of such problems. So that I can enjoy the vodafone service. I always enjoyed with vodafone service but this type of misbehavior can’t be adorable. At least there must be provision for such type of mistakes.
