Name of company/service: IDEA Cellular
We are reguler customer of Idea Cellular company.But I was shocked when i saw last months bill.Its about 1200/-
When i saw detailed bill there are some calls showing ISD call which was amounted around Rs. 602/- on the number of 9921012500.I have never did ISD calls.
When I send email to idea they replied you have did the call and they will not reverse the charges.
Kindly help…
