Hi My name is Javed With customer number :- 65927432 having a connection with one of the Pathetic set top box provider in India Naming Videokon .I have been having a terrible experience since the time I have set it up in my house Every Week i have to go thru a pain of not having the signal.The error comes up as due to dense Rainfall the service is nit available and the most frustrating part is its not raining at that time.I have called up the phatetic customer care several time and teht hung up eveytime i ask for a supervisor and there have been supervisor hanging up on me .I want to disconect the services and take my refund
