I am Akshat Bhardwaj from Mumabi i have courierd gifts for my parents on 13th july but my courier is still undelivered. I have been following with courier people since 13th but they were playing around 1 day, 2 days but i feel my parcel has been lost.they have also said that indirectly.
No official have contacted me. I am only taling with customer care but they can only provide info they can’t help.
still it has been 13 days but have not received call from these guys, i m the only one following up daily with them but there behaviour is carefree.
It has been a lot i want an claim.I request the forum to step into it and help me.
