sir maine 10.07.2012 ko d2h ka sub.id-40911631 ka recharge kiya tha.jo nahi hua mere a/c se payment cut gaya.maine central bank ke debit carde se recharge kiya tha.15 days hone par bhi mere a/c me refund amount nahi aaya hai.maine companies me complain bhi kiya to usne 6-7 days me refund amount aa jayega ase mail kiya.
