I have been trying to contact the emergency landline number and mobile number to my distributor or the company web site in which the mobile number published as Emergency service cell. None of the numbers are working. In the same case for leakage last week i personally when and informed my distributor. Since i’m away from home but try to support my family in emergency but failed. The poor emergency service management from IOCL. Any other solution please provide me.
