I m using tikona broad band since 2 months, i never satisfied with its service because i m facing problem in opening the login page daily, but after trying half an hour i was able to open, but since last one week i m not able to open login page .. so i registered complaint in tikona care, but they didnt give me a solution.. i m registering complaint since one week daily, they telling today we will solve your problem n all bakwas… i m tired by using this service, its advisable to everyone, not to use such nonsense service, i had to loss a lot ..
