No delivery from http://www.vedamsbooks.in/ even after 11 days of order comnfirmation and no response to communictaions

Location/place: Bangalore

I had placed one order on http://www.vedamsbooks.in/ for a course material. I got order confirmation mail from them with an order number (72880). The order has not been delivered till now and I had placed the order on 13th July. I tried reaching them through mail twice and no response came. The course for which I ordered the book has started and because of the unavailability of the book I’m taking some hits. My payment for the order was successful. I tried to get their number and there is no mention of a phone number in their website. Please help.
