Internet service provider bad service

Location/place: New Delhi

Hello Sir,

I am a data card user of MTS (8459913491), i recharge my data card on 7th july 2012 by RS. 1298, but i not get the speed for this i make a lots of complaints to their customer care and circular office but i am not getting proper positive response by their side.

    hello sir
    my name k varun teja i am using tikona net at home
    i paid the payment of rs2130 online on 26 th june but my net is not working i maid many complaints to the customer care but he is not at all responding to this and they always say that maneger will call u with in 24 hours, its almost 1 month and i am not getting a positive reply from their side. please i am requesting u to look after this problem .
