This is Manish Kumar Pathak from Noida.I have visited your website and found very helpful.
My complaint is against S. Chand Technologies PVT. LTD. situated at D-5, Sec-10 in Noida. I have
joined this organisation on March 15, 2012 and left the organisation on May 5, 2012.I followed all
the formalities suggested by HR team at the time of exit. I got my releaving letter and experience letter on time.
I do have my offer letter and joining letter for the same.
I got the salary for the period (March 15- March 30) by the organisation. The salary for the month April 2012 and 5 days
in the month May 2012 was remain at the time of resignation.
In the last month, I got the salary for the 5 days in Month May only. But, a salary for the month April 2012 is not credited to my bank account (with HDFC) yet.
When contacted to HR Manager Mr. R. C. Hota(Mobile No: 09654207317), they told me that it was by mistake and the remaining money will be paid shortly.
Now, more than one month is passed, I have contacted on each alternate day to

many times, each time I was told that the payment will be done within 2-3 days. But it is not happened yet.
