Name of company/service: Micromax Mobile
I bought a mobile phone from a shop located in Metropolis mall near hiland park.Within 72 hrs , I found the mobile is not working.Went to the shop & they replaced it with a new one.After 10 days , the new one also not working.Again wenthis to the shop but they did not replace , in fact planning for repair.
I asked them to refund my money else provide me other good brand mobile of similar price .The shop has kept the mobile for almost 4 days.No clarity what will they do.
