Name of company/service: RELIANCE GSM

I AM CURRENTLY AN USER OF RELIANCE GSM.BUT I AM FACING SOME PROBLEM REGARDING NETWORK AND OTHERS.SO I WANT TO CONVERT MY RELIANCE GSM NUMBER TO VODAFONE. I HAVE TRIED TWO TIMES BY SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS AND CODE.BUT RELIANCE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO CONVERT.BUT ACCORDING TO NEW RULE OF MNP THE TOTAL TIME NEEDED TO CONVERT IS 7 DAYS. BUT AFTER 2O DAYS IT IS NOT WORKING..MY RELIANCE GSM MOBILE NUMBER IS 8348849715.
