I had lodged a repair complaint to the l.g. customer care on the 20th July,2012 for my split door refrigerator on a urgent basis ,COMPLAINT NO : RNA 120720088245
they sent a technician and he told me thta their was a gas leakage problem, which was repaired before also 3 months before.But after that their has been no visit by any other person to repair my refrigerator. i ave been in continuous contact with their customer care and thy agan and again give 24 hour time . they also gave me two no. to contact

But initially both were non operational 2 days.
once we talked to mrs pooja and she was very casual about our complaint and she was teaching us lesson how to get our job done . and then she asked us for some time . after that their has been no call and no contact from their side and their cel is also switched off.
I would request the consumer forum to help me and my family into this and take me out of this pain.
