Misuse of their service and cause big loss to us

Location/place: Panipat

Name of company/service: Sterling Express Pvt Ltd

Dear Sir

We send Important Shipping Documents to one of our Buyer in USA through Sterling express Pvt ltd, as we not received payment from this Buyer so we not authorize courier company to deliver Documents to Buyer unless we send you written confirmation and same is written by courier company on AWB Copy

But in spite of our confirmation, courier company handover the documents to Buyer and Buyer already release the goods and due to this we will face a loss of $23000.00 equivalent to Rs 12,65,000/- & also due to courier company Government of India may also loss foreign Exchange

So, please do the needful and force courier company to pay what is our loss, & also Request forum to take strict against this company
