Charging for non-existent benefits/remedies

Name of company/service: M/s Whirlpool of India Limited

Please let me know the process to be followed for lodging complaint on line against M/s Whirlpool of India Limited and its service partner, M/s Indico Engineers, Mumbai, so that I can get refund of the amount (Rs.5245/-) that they charged without being able to remove the defects that have caused the Whirlpool refrigerator to malfunction (NO ICE FORMATIO & SIMULTANEOUS BLINKING of all the INDICATOR LIGHTS).     since you’re facing such problems you should get in touch with whirlpool directly on their CRM no. 60008558 or 18601804558, you could also email them at the complaint id: [email protected] stating your contact details so they can solve your problem at the earliest.
