Dear Sir,
I have taken internet services from Tikona via – Account No. having Service ID .
I have taken soft hold services from them which means if you do not want to use the internet services then you have to pay min charge and your account will be live.
Inspite of that they have terminated my internet connection without informing me.
And now saying that if i need connection they will treat me as new customer and again deposit etc.will be charged accordingly.
and also they are not giving me the details of the payment done by me. Now they started cheating and harrassing me.
