LG A.c Complaints – Product in AMC contract of warranty and not solving the problem since 3 months.

I HAVE MADE AN AMC CONTRACT OF WARRANTY WITH LG. MY COMPLAINT IS BEEN REGISTERD WITH LG OF NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF PCB & REMOTE OF AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY AS BEEN CHECKED BY THE ENGINEER OF LG ie, ACE SERVICE WHO HAVE NOT COMLETED THE JOB SATISFACTION OF COMPLETION OF JOB.
AS THE PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED BY THEM IMMEDIATELY AND MY ANOTHER COMPLAINT SINCE 22 DAYS PAST ON COMPLAINT TO THE ACE SERVICE FOR CAPACITOR PROBLEM WHICH WAS NOT SOLVED AND THEN AGAIN MY RECOMPLAN ABOUT IT ON SATURDAY 19-03-2011 HAS BEEN NOT SOLVED AND THE QUESTIONA GAIN ARISE OF WE WILL DOING IT

PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM AGAINST THEM

THE PEOPLE OF BOTH THE SERVICE CENTER ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING WORK SO I REQUEST YOU TO CANCELLED THIER LICENSCE OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS SEASON IS OF FULL HUMIDITY SO WE ARE GETTING MENTALLY HARASSED DUE TO THIS AND WE CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT AC.

  1. This is reference with complaint no. RNA110407015391 (07/04/2011) our LG 1.5T AC compressor short MCB tripping frequently. complaint registered on 7th April they are telling within 24hrs our dealer will call you. after that i had called 3 times every they are telling like that but nobody taking action.
    I am not stastified with LG service.

    Please take action immediately.
