Claim Refund

My name is Rajiv Kumar from Sonipat Haryana. I have taken the Health Insurnace policies of all my family members including myself,my wife,my son,my brother and my father. I am regularly paying the premiums of all policies since 2009. Last year on 3-11-2011 i went to Maharaja Aggarsain Hospital in Delhi for the treatment of my father. My father Sh Ram Parkash Kalra got some pain and other problems in heart. The Doctor suggested to go for Angioplasty. I asked them to treat my father at the same time. The doctor told me that the expenses would be near about 2 lac. I approved the same and they treated my father on the same date. We lived there for the next two days. On 5-11-2011 they told me to go to home as all treatments were done and now my father was o.k. I paid 164107 with medicines and all other expenses. Then i submitted all the required documents to Star Health for claim. The policy was of Rs 1 lac and 75% was payble under red carpet as my father is of 60 Years of age. After four to five months they sent me a cheque of Rs 55660 on 28-03-2012 vide cheque number 816111 of Standard Chartered Bank in the name of my father. I approached everyone from the local channel to company officials for the claim. I had given all the expenses detail with bills to the company of Rs 164107 but they refunded me only 55660. No answer is given till date. I made a written complain regarding my claim to the company but they denied for the pending claim amount. The policy number is P/161118/01/2012/002262.
