Dear sir,
This to inform you that I have been using Idea connection for last two months with 599/- plan . In that I got 1500 minutes free . A part from that I am using Internet also and for that paying 60/- per month.Yesterday they closed my outgoing facility .when I called at customer care I came to know that my uses limit has been cross and my total bill for the month is 2538/-. I was shocked when I listen that because I didn’t use more than 500 minutes out of 1500 minutes. Then they told me that they charging 1800/- for internet charges because my pack limit was 500mb and I have used more then that. If I had used the all the data so why they didn’t disconnect the net and why didn’t they inform me . And how can they charge 1800/- to me while already I was using net pack . If 60/- is for 1 month for 500mb so how can they charge 1800/- for one day.
So I request you to look into th issue and please take a dision in my favour.
