dear sir/madam
I was employee of kamal&co (tata motors)in Jaipur since 21july 2010and i left my job on 30/05/2012.i have received incentive till last December but i have didn’t received my incentive from January to may which was Rs.16200(Jan to march)and April & may still pending.I sent a legal notice to kamal&co.but they refused to give my pending incentive to me.
please help me regarding this matter and give me a good response as soon as possible.
