automatic activation of different services on reliance postpaid number

i have taken a reliance postpaid 10days back. i have been getting different entertainment service activation messages, for which i have never subscribed. when iam asking the customer care executives they are saying that its my fault. how can i be charged for the services which i have not subscribed
