I purchased a samsung primo mobile handset on 19/7/2012. on 21/7/2012 the screen of my handset went blank. i visted service ceter at pahar ganj but they very casually told me that there was water seepage, which was not correct. i am feeling cheated that due to manufacturing defect my mobile has become un opeartional but the samsung people are not admitting the same.
