Dear Madam/Sir,
I bought a Tata photon plus prepaid datacard (9243573665) from Basaveshwara IT Solutions, Bangalore but I was given a postpaid connection. When I enquired about the wrong connection, the dealer said that it’s the same.
I’m trying for the past 1.5 months to get this rectified but to no avail. The customer service is horrible.
The dealer also gave the wrong address because of which my postpaid connection is also disconnected as address verification couldn’t take place.
