complaint against LG

I am repeatedly contacting LG customer care for our damaged refrigerator,but the customer care people are least interested.once the engineer came to our place to see the default but went back saying he would came back to repair it,but three days have been elapsed but no one came.we are constantly communicating with the customer care people but they are providing us with those mobile nos which are either not reachable or person is not picking up the call.We are fed up of this nuisance of what is supposed to be one of the topmost brands in India.Therefore we are lodging a complaint against LG.
