RELIANCE is USELESS,UNFRUITFUL,RIDICULOUS,WORST,UNFRIENDLY,UNFAITHFUL GROUP OF PEOPLES WHO Just know to make PEOPLES FOOL FOR SELLING THEIR CONNECTIONS, And a very WELL TRAINED CUSTOMER SUPPORT & COMPLAINT CELL STAFF Who TRIED THEIR LEVEL BEST TO KEEP WAITING & ABUSING the CUSTOMER’S Instead of SOLVING & RESOLVOING THEIR PROBLEMS AND COMPLAINT.INSTEAD OF HELPING THEY ABUSED WITH ME & USING BAD LANGUAGES AND SAYING BAD WORDS ABOUT MY MOTHER, SISTER AND MY FAMILY, I AM NOT GOING TO TOLERATE THIS I HAVE ALL THE VOICE RECORDING REGARDING TO THIS.

I AM GOING TO LAUNCH COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE IN TRAI & CONSUMER COURT.
AND IT’S JUST GOING TO TAKE FEW HOUR’S NOT 48hrs to 72hrs, and with a PRIOR INFORMATION to RELIANCE not like RELIANCE who is not able to give a confirmation call of any ACTION taken for their COSTUMER’s.

THANKS ALLOT TO ALL OF YOU PEOPLES, I CHOOSE RELIANCE WITH A BIG HOPE INSTEAD OF AIRTEL, VODAFONE But No Use THEY ARE THE BEST EVEN THEY PEOPLES GIVE PRIORITY TO COSTUMER COMPLAINTS AND REQUEST’S.

NOT ABUSING Like YOUR PEOPLES…………………………..

Dear Team,

Vikesh Sanghotra, I had just taken a new connection of reliance 599 Post-paid connection, And it’s very ridiculous you peoples had barred OUTGOING of this no yesterday at 10:00 pm.
Just because of address & document verification negativity.

I AM REQUESTING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT from yesterday 10 pm itself.

Even my address verification result comes NEGATIVE just because the fault of your reliance store peoples from where i had taken this connection.

They guys had filled up my address in the form instead of Q.no 37, Sec no 5 Q.NO 34, Sec no 5., your executive had done verification on Q.NO 34 And
the result is negative,

Even for this I INFORMED the same Reliance Store.
and they said a re verification is going to be Done again on 23rd July. till date my outgoing & incoming is active.
YESTERDAY I GOT A CALL from mumbai the no is 02230345785, the same conversation is happen with the CCE on phone and she committed me too my outgoing & incoming is not going to be deactivated till Monday.

But from yesterday after my outgoing service deactivation i was continuously tried customer care no *222, your complaint cell 198 and requested them to please activate services till Monday evening, bcoz i don’t have any other CONNECTION, but they peoples refused to activate they denied to do the same and said they are not authorised to activate even supervisor & Team leader said they are HELPLESS.

SO WHY BLEADY HELL YOU PEOPLES HAD OPENED THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT, AND WHY WE BELIEVE ON RELIANCE IF RELIANCE IS NOT ABLE TO KEEP SUCH A LITTLE CARE OF HIS COSTUMER

If within two hour my service is not activated again i am gonna sieu Reliance in Consumer forum & gonna launch complain in TRAI.

I HAVE RECORDING’S OF EVERY CONVERSATION I DONE WITH RELIANCE SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE DEPT PEOPLES.
