Respected Sir/Madam,
This mail is regarding a complaint I want to raise against Samsung Service Centre in Noida. We have a 250 Litre Refigerator which we purchased on 23.2.09 from one of your distributors in in Noida Tanya electronics sector -12 is under warranty.
Now its cooling has some problem and we lodged a complaint on dated 22-june -2012 this complaint was closed without providing solution., again we have lodged second complain dated 25.6.12 2012 this complaint was again closed without providing solution. Again a third complain has been lodged dated 13.7.12 This time they have communication that the refrigerator is not reparable please provide the documents i.e bill,id proof & BANK DETAIL the above documents provided the same day but still we are waiting …….
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
