Sir i purchased a fridge mdel no. SAMSUNG RT28GCPR1/CTL on 17-07-2012 for Rs 23000.00 .Same brand fridge was purchased by my friend on 13-01-2012 for Rs 18500.00.
I want to know is this price increament justified
