Pathetic internet speed

Name of company/service: MTS MBlaze

My MBlaze data card number is 8433565251. I have major issues with MTS Mblaze services. The internet speed is extremely pathetic. I have contacted MTS on several occasions , still my issue is unresolved. I am facing this issue since the time I purchased the Data card. Above all the customer service is useless. Previous complaint numbers are: Case #: C1247847748, C1247495279, C1247452494,C1247949005, C1248087441. Every time I call them no action is taken to resolve my connection issue. Please help. I am distressed by this service!
