Dear Sir,
I Gurveen k. Sandhu Resident of House no 16589 Street No 1A, Harpal Nagar Bhatinda want to complaint against Krishna Auto Sales Bhatinda, where my parents has booked Skoda Rapid Elegance (Bright Silver Grey) car on dated 12th of Nov 2011 for my marriage gift which was due on February 12th 2012.
They promised us to give the delivery by 28th of January 2012 and charges an advance of rupees 50,000/- from us wide their receipt no -NIL- dated November 22nd 2011.
We were assured to get the car before the marriage.
We approached the above agency on 24th of January 2012 for the delivery of the car, but M/s Krishna Auto sales denied to do and shown their inability to deliver the car.
But they promised again that they will deliver the car before the marriage.
We started chasing then after 24th of January as it has become a matter of tension as my parents want to give me the gift on my marriage which was due on dated 22th February 2012.
Sir we continuously chased them up to 8th of February 2012 but they did not deliver us the car.
So force fully we started chasing other model as it was due to give the car on my marriage. So my parents spent more than One hundred thousand extra to buy another manufacturers car which was Volkswagen Vento.
Sir,
I hereby request you to file a Compensation case to M/s Krishna Auto Mobiles for below listed.
1) Rs 50,000/- taken as advance by M/s Krishna Automobile on dated 12th November 2012 has not yet returned should be returned with an interest of Rs 10% per annum till the date of their refund till the date of the refund.
2) Harassment to my parents w.e.f 24th January till 8th Of February 2012 for 15 days @ 30,000/Per day = 4,50000/- ( As they could not concentrate on marriage arrangement and were great tensed due to non delivery of vehicle.
3) But Since then the Krishna Auto mobile has returned our initial deposits till dated 22-7-2012. Or felt to return our money.
4) We were forced to pay 10, 16,639/+ insurance of Rupees 28,810/-(for other brand car) rather than paying 9, 34,000/- for booked car. so excess money paid should be borne by M/s Krishna auto mobile which is Rupees 82,639.00/-
5) I have become the owner of a non choice car due to the negligence of M/s Krishna Auto sales. The same should be debit to M/s Krisna Auto Sales for Rupees 5,000,00/-( Rupees Five Lacs)
6) Sir this is my heartily request that the case should be filed on Krishna Auto sales so that they should not harass the Senior Citizen or any other peoples by giving false commitments.
7) It is not a matter of claiming the harassment money , but they should get a lesson to treat the customers with true commitments
I would be highly thankful if you kindly register the above case of false commitments and harassments to M/s Krishna auto sales with below listed amounts
1) Booking amount = 50,000/- + Interest @ 10% till the day of their refund.
2) Harassment to My old parents for 11 days = Rupees 4,50,000/
3) Excess money paid to buy another model car in emergency 82639.00
4) Becoming a owner of non Choice car = 500,000/-
Total Rupees 10, 82,639/- + interest on Rupees 50,000/- w.e.f 12th Nov 2012 till the refund date.
You are kindly requested to file the case and refund the above mentioned money to my parents
