i bought a new tata photon+ postpaid (9217006374) device in mid of may 2012 through telecommunications from photon office chandigarh, while they were asking for address proof, i told them that i reside in hostel as i am studying here, then they told me that it won’t effect your connection as you have to clear all billings online, so it won’t be an issue, then after submitting my all id’s, the connection got stated. but just after 10 or 12 days it got blocked. when i called costumer care, i was informed that there are some issues regarding address verification. and till date my connection is blocked. someone suggested me to go to nearest tata office for verification. but it helped me with nothing, as they just raised a complaint number, saying that my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs.
now what should i do? can i take any action or just accept the fact that my money got wasted?
