Services not given as per promised by Aircel

I have internet problem with aircel for every 15 days in a month. Their customer service is worst ever. My business suffered a lot. They charge huge amount every month and poor internet speed. I have tried calling them up multiple times but of no use. I want my money back from them or else I don’t want to pay any thing to them and sue these kind kind of problem creators. Because of these people our country will continue fighting basic facilities an d we will remain like this.
