i had used tata docomo site on 18/07/2012
for recharging 98(4gb data plan). while making payment transaction the amount 98 was debited from sbi a/c but finally site redirected to a page telling
transaction failed. and no msg was received on phone.
since i need urgently the net pack i recharged once more then i got the net pack of same amount. but amount of both have been debited. i talked to customer care of tata docomo they are not refunding the amount of failed transaction. please do something for my refund of payment
