UNDERTAKING
I S.C.Bahl, resident of C-684,Vikas Puri have domestic Piped Natural Gas connection from Indraprastha Gas Limited with Business Partner No 4000092629. Further in compliance with The Liquefied Petroleum Gas(Regulation of Supply and Distribution) order, 2000 as amended vide notification dated September 10, 2009 I/We undertake to surrender / place under “safe custody” my/our domestic LPG connection with consumers no.__71___________ from _M/s Saroj Enterprises,H-10,DDA Market,Vikas Puri,New Delhi-110018(Name & Address of the LPG Supplying Agency), within 60 days ending on ____________ (Date) at the above address. I/We also undertake that if a LPG connection has been taken in the name of any member of my/our household (Means a family consisting of husband,wife,unmarried children and dependent parents living
together in a dwelling unit having common kitchen) the same shall also be
surrendered / placed under “safe custody” within 60 days period.
I/We also understand that Indraprastha Gas Limited is under obligation to
discontinue PNG supply in case I/We fail to surrender / place under “safe custody” the LPG connection within 60 days provided for the dwelling unit and also submit this undertaking to IGL within 15 days.

*I/We had already surrendered / placed under “safe custody” domestic LPG
connection whose details are furnished below –
