Payment taken on false promise.

Name of company/service: Airtel

I had sent an inquiry for Airtel internet connection on its website. The customer support people contacted me and sent an executive to my place. Because other telecom companies had straightway said that they could not install the connection in my apartment, I kept asking this executive if it was possible for airtel. The executive reassured me of the same. Now that they have taken the money, the necessary detail, they have come up with some technical reason and regreat the connection. The money would take around 20 days to reach me. I would like to mention specifically that even after 3 days of taking the form and details, the executive did not inform us of the concern. Now that he isn’t even picking the call.
