Sorry I am forced to write to you as I am not getting any support from the Customer Service department of Hindustan Unilever Pureit. I had purchased PUREIT MARVELLA RO (Customer ID. – 1931235836) on 25-05-2012 which is having leakage problems since the day of install. The service is pathetic and every week one or the other pipe starts leaking. It is a design flaw that the pipes inside and outside the product do not have perfect contacts. Every service engineer who comes to fix one leakage also agrees to it. Every time one leakage is fixed some other pipe starts leaking. Here are the list of created and re-opened Complaints C124201624, C124202684, C124213228, which I have presently. The problem is whenever there is a leakage the product becomes unusable. I had many times requested for refund but all the executives that I had talked with so far say that they will escalate this matter and they will arrange a callback for me from their senior but no body contacts me. All I want is to return the product and get refund cordially.
