I recharged my Airtel number 9818278894 on 17th April 2012 via online. However, my number was not recharged and the Rs.444/- deducted from my bank account. I have the confirmation from my bank that amount has been credited to AIRTEL and I sent the confirmation mail to Airtel Team and they called me and replied that they will resolve my problem with in a week. And till date I have not recieved any positive response.
After a week or 10days, I used to write a mail to them and they revert me on the same that they will do the needfull.
Till date they have not done anything and even not replying to me.
Waiting for the positive response.
