There is no one to talk to.A call gets transferred after waiting for 30 minutes and then it just hangs up.They advertised about a upgrade where nothing of speed downgrade or any other restrictions were mentions. No conditions apply. And after upgradation i have not been the due service for what i am paying. Please kindly look into this matter as soon as possible!
