WRONGLY CHARGED RENEWAL CHARGES

Name of company/service: STANDARD CHARTERED CREDIT CARD

Hi,

While issuing credit card SCB excutive misguiding consumer. SCB call center apporoach me saying that as i am working with top company TCS, SC issuing life time free credit card to the employees of TCS.

But SC charging renewal charges of 750 for this year. when i reverted back that please revert the fees they are not ready to do so. this is totally wrong.

I need solution on this. I am ready to discontinue this card.
