Till now no positive responce from your department.

What should i realise by this attitude of your department.

Should i migrate all four Vodafone postpaid nubers to other network or wait for some more time.

I had requested for refund but instead of refund my sim has been activated with unwanted plan @ Rs. 650 per month amd 3 GB Free.

But at the time of booking i have requested for a dongle with Three months 2 GB data free and working on my BSNL Peta Tab.

Kindly look into matter on a urgent basis.

It seems all you people are making me fool.

Please find attached colour scanned copy.

Your arguement that earliar sent data was a photocopy is wrong as that scanned was done on black & white printer.

You people are just gaining time to protect skin of your agents sitting at SCCS.

Yesterday i spoke to Mr. Amit and he clearly told that i will not be able to do much by writing to [email protected] as his friends are also sitting their and when i told him that i received a mail from Mukesh Sharma from this mail id he immediatly disclosed contents of this mail to prove that he is not alone but even legal shell is also involved in this type of cheating.

I do not not how an external person can know content of mail sent to me.

He has suggested me to forget this payment of Rs. 1950.00 and also told that my 3g plan 2GB Free for three months will not be activated.

Now finally i have started to take legal openion on this type of corporate harrasment from vodafone.

By today evening or tomarrow my legal advisor will be filing a case against vodafone.

I have two other vodafone postpaid numbers and soon be disconnecting those also.

I think this is a serious case of corporate crime being done by concent of Vodafone itself that is why you people are wasting time by writing mail. You must had called direclty to me.

I am waiting fopr one more day then will be moving to TRAI.

Sunject:- Non Activation & Mis Comittment of my dongle

On 27th June i called vodafone costumer care to confirm that Vodafone dongle run on BSNL Penta IS 701 R or not?
After putting for some hold it was confirmed that your 3G Dongle will certainly run on said tablet. Then i told him to confirm me on next day evening for booking as by that time i was also waiting for my tablet which was booked online.
On 29th i again called costumer care and on confirmation and assuerance that if this dongle do not run that whole amount will be refunded without any condition. Then i booked your dongle. Within 1 hour i received a call from Mr. Mahesh for delivery address.

Even this time i told hime that i am taking this dongle just to run on tablet as by that time tablet was with me at my office and i put a condition that i will be taking your dongle only when you will run net through this dongle at the time of dispatch.

On 29th June 2012 at 5:00Pm Mr. Arun came to me with this dongle. I requested him to run but he told that he is new in this company and do not know much about this. Then he called Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Mahesh assuered that if this dongle do not run on my tablet then the whole amount will be refunded by visiting Vodafone store.

On saturday by inserting my other Vodafone sim card i tried to run net on this tablet but could not. Then i told Mr. Mahesh for this but this time Mr. Mahesh told that he is looking after calling sim card department and not 3 G. Then i called delivery person Mr. Arun for this and this time Mr. Arun gave me Mr. John’s number.

On calling Mr. John on saturday that this dongle not supporting my tablet and i want your help then he directed me to go any of the nearest Vodafone store for refund.
Then on same day i called costumer care for this but they told me that without 3 G number they can not help me and asked me to visit any of the vodafone store.
Then on sunday 12:00 Noon i went to Dwarka Vodafone store but their behaviour was very ruid and just like a police inspector and asked me 3 G no. Then again i called Mr. John for this and this time he promised me that refund will be done from his end only and asked me to call at 12 noon on manday 2nd of July 2012.

On calling Mr. John put me on hold and discussed with his senior Mr. Vikash and then Mr. Vikash told me that he will shoot a mail to Finance department for refund and requested me to confirm after two days.
Then i requested them to give me my 3G Number so that i could file a complaint on this. Then after many call to every one i was given a number which is 8586924250.

After waiting for two days when i called Mr. Vikash, Mr. John but they did not pick my phone.

Then even on 5th July i called then in afterenoon and early evening but they did not pick.

Then on 5th of July i called 111 and tried to registered a complaint but failed as number given to me was not mine and registered on some other name and told me to call 198.
Then i called 198 and same reply i received and 198 directed me to file a complaint a mail by writing to “[email protected].

Now please guide what should i do?

Neither my number is activated nor i got any refund hence i feel this is a case of cheating and requesting you to take serious action on this.

I purchase this dongle just to run net to download some apps and for other use i already have CDMA Dogle.

I am a valuable costumer of Vodafone. I have two other postpaid numbers with me. Those are +91-9811069593 & +91-9873669593 and these numbers are more than 10 yeras old.
