Dear Sir,
Iam feeling very sorry to inform you that how a big company like SAMSUNG MOBILES is making people fool. I purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY S I9003 on 4-08-11 brand new from the samsung showroom . Yesterday its stopped working suddenly , and becomes dead . Today morning i went to a Samsung Service Center and discus the issue with the samsung people sitting there. They simply replied me , that we will repair your phone free of cost as its underwarranty . After reaching home i got first call from Samsung , that your phone is having hardware damage its to be charged , second call after half n hour your phone is having software issue will repair it FOC , and in evening they called me thrice sir your phone is having a liquid damage and will charge 7,000 rupees . Sir , why they are changing their statements . Sir , please request to the concerned authorities to look into the matter as early as possible .
