this problem is crating a lot of problems from me
uninor services has been activating unwanted services and when i request them to cancel d services and refund back the money, they only say that they cannot refund back the money.
i hav alomst lost 200 rs. and i am still facing this problem
this time on 20 july 2012 they had unwantedly activated wap hot videos and deducted 10 rs from my account
wen i spoke wit their customer service Mr. GANGADHAR PATIL, he was only sayin dat he cannot refund the money unless it shows in their system
i almost called him after 2 hours, but still he was saying that it was not showing in their system
the point which i m trying to figure this out is dat they never accept their mistakes and never refund customers money.
later ahter speakin wit him he told me dat he will connect my call to his senior, he kept my call waiting for 30 minutes…
d same problem is faced by a lot of people from my area
so its a humble request from a citizen to take some action against the specified person and the firm, not to misuse their customers money
it causes a lot of problems to us
and 1 more thing..
when i told dat person dat i will raise a complaint in consumer forum, it did not bother him
so i plz reuest u and beg you to take some serious action
